What do you do to improve your sleep?

I answered this previously and came to the conclusion I have no idea what I do to improve my sleep.

So I derived a multiple regression equation dry to calculate patterns.

The inputs were.

  • Contentment with life.
  • Exercise
  • Get Older
  • Comfort of your bed
  • Turning off Social media
  • Consistent bed times
  • Yoga

Put all of these in a snow globe and shake it all about. Take your snow globe and shake it one more time and end up across the globe

Which brings us to

Jet Lag

I have become worse and worse at this. Next week I will be living on Europe time and need to get my sleeping life together. I will be spending my days with a three year old. I have no magic formula. I will get seven hours of sleep and need to do it at the right time.

If so I shall sleep well at night.

Back to the multiple regression equation. .

I have no idea why I have fallen into a pattern of consistent sleep. All I can say is play hard during the day and the rest shall fall in place.

Right now the other two grandkids are heading here right now. I’m not one for giving advice, but invite some children into your life.

At night sleep comes pretty easy.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
