If you had to sum up your life philosophy in one sentence, what would it be?

If I had to sum up my life philosophy and just one sentence, my sentence would be that I couldn’t wrap it up in one sentence.. Thete has to be one long meandering story that only makes sense to those who get it. And not everybody will and that is as intended.

When we were in grad school living in Williamsburg, we used to go to grocery store with the entire intention of talking on the store’s microphone. It was usually after a running race when we were completely high on endorphins..

So going along with the theme of my blog, Endorphins have a beautiful side effect and seem to make life that much more enjoyable. We see our lives through a different lens.

The entire concept of Contadino , frozen almond sauce is that it is a completely made up product that sounds like a real product. We would ask people at the grocery store for this product. We would eventually tell the unending clerk it’s made up product and hopefully have a good laugh. That’s the thing we don’t have to take herself that seriously.

Life is a lot about reading between the lines and making your own interpretations on vague situations.

This is no dress rehearsal, and we have one life to live and why not have fun doing it. But certainly not at the expense of others.

Mostly I will try anything at least twice (except shooting a gun and listening to Journey) and keep an open mind moving forward.

And to wrap up in a bow with frilly white feathers, Everything I perceive is a projection of who I am. If I want to change my life, I change myself.”

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
