If you had to get a tattoo right now, what would it be and why?
Given the current state of affairs in the United States and the despotic regime that’s in office, the entire subject of forced tatoos should be one worth thinking about the wording of the question.
Concentration camp tattoos were serial numbers punched or needled into prisoners’ skin exclusively at the Auschwitz-Birkenau camp complex. The Nazis used this system to identify registered forced laborers, stripping away names to dehumanize victims. It remains a powerful, tragic symbol of the Holocaust, though only a fraction of total camp victims were marked this way.
But for now I’m going to assume some good intentions. About 10 years ago I did get a tattoo against the run of play. It’s a simple wedding ring because I have a habit of losing wedding rings. More than likely, I’ll get another one in the future.

But for now, I’ve been contemplating a simple earring. I have no idea why, other than that I think it looks good on some people. There is no design I have thought about. I usually do things that are counterculture, but I believe having an earring is more normal than one would think.
I just looked it up and about two out of three men have an earring
The timing of this question is odd for more than one reason. It was our three year-old granddaughter’s birthday party yesterday and I did in fact get a tattoo.

I would love to hear you opinion as well
