It’s so nice to get up early in the morning and go for a run. And today I ran through an entire urban park in a little ever a second, later today, my friend picked me up and I said just meet me at the entrance of the park. In Portland, we all know Mill Ends Park..

Mill Ends Park is the smallest urban park in the United States. It consists of 1 tree, located in the median strip of SW Naito Parkway next to Tom McCall Waterfront Park along the Willamette River near SW Taylor Street in the downtown core of Portland, Oregon, United States

Forest Park It’s Polar Opposite

Forest Park, at 5,200 acres, provides critical refuge for hundreds of native wildlife and plant species and acts as an important air and water filter. With more than 80 miles of trails, it also provides invaluable access to nature, exercise, and educational opportunities for the region

This urban Park is that large. I’ve run many ultramarathon here.. It is one of the largest urban parks in the United States.. One can still be in the middle of the city and feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. It is a true runners paradise. This is where I got interviewed running the park trails.. it was more of a recruiting interview. I

tt worked.

I shall miss both.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
