What are five and a half simple exercises to do at home?

This is a great question today because we are having a big window installed in our house today. I may not get a run in. I’ll have more traditional responses later so here are some suggestions.

My opening exercises today was 30 minutes of German. Don’t get the accusative mixed up with the infinitive, but get your brain warmed up for the rest of the day.

Clean out the Garage

  1. Get those abs engaged, build up those shoulders and increase your tollerence for anything else that comes your way.
  2. ,
Regular sexual activity offers a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional health benefits. Beyond pleasure, engaging in healthy sexual activity functions as a form of physical exercise, triggers beneficial hormonal releases, and strengthens emotional connections. [1] it’s also helps you sleep well. I slept horribly last night.
  3. Slay a Cabbage – last week I bought a gigantic cabbage. I nearly cut off my finger and ended up with seven stitches. In a sense, I lost weight. Dicing a gigantic cabbages is an endeavor, and builds those forearms.
  4. Take The Cats To The Vet – this is kind of around the world and 80 days. On nail trimming day, the cats are nowhere to be found, and I go on a giant expedition just to find them and get them to the vet.. I puff out my pecs a little bit when I’m done.
  5. Vacuum – this gets back the number two. I am the most monogamous person on the planet. I’ve had only had one one night stand in my life. That was during the day. This young woman came to the door selling vacuum cleaners.. Don’t go all cliché on me and say the vacuum sucked. We spent the afternoon together.
  6. When I was in grad school, we invented a game we called swarthy ball. The game involves a soccer ball, and a kiddy pool and that’s about it. It’s played on a circular court and the goal is to get the soccer ball in the kitty pool. You got two points for kicking the ball in and one for throwing. We played for hours and tore up the yard.

These days I am a serious person.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
