What are some life hacks that you practice?

Simple Life Hacks

  • Alphabetize your spice rack.
  • Nobody cares if your socks match
  • Go to your local library often. (Libby is awesome)
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Always return your shopping carts.

These I learned on the Red Green show. Van Air Conditioning:Instead of fixing a vehicle’s broken AC, drops a massive, heavy household window AC unit straight into the side of the you Vehicle wiring it up with a step-up transformer to convert the vehicle’s 12-volt battery power into standard 120-volt current.

Or

Fermented Alternative Fuel:bypass the gas pump by mixing water, massive amounts of sugar, and brewer’s yeast right inside the vehicle’s gas tank. After letting it ferment, he adds corn from a portable garden and tops it off with a battery-powered carburetor. It is incredibly hard to start and makes the car smell exactly like a giant running tortilla

Duct Tape as A Cure All

Please disregard all of this, I spent yesterday afternoon in the hospital to I nearly chopped my finger off, making a homemade sauerkraut. I did everything right and still got it wrong.

Treating A Cold

I rarely get colds, probably once every four or five years. I have one right now, which kept me from traveling down to Portland this weekend. I have taken nothing because a cold usually lasts a week, but if you treat it will last only seven days.

Here One That Worked for Me Many Years Ago

I was running the Seattle marathon and I went to the starting line with a raging cold that had been going on for a week and a half. It was 35° and snowing.. At the 7 mile mark the course went underground towards the I 90 bridge over Lake Washington. The temperature in the tunnel was 55°. I started sweating profusely for the next 20 minutes..

I didn’t have a cold for the next 10 years.

I would love to hear any home remedies you have for colds. I out sourced that to my wife. She doesn’t like my approach.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
