Our cats destroyed our furniture in our previous house. So here we are in our new house having just ordered brand new furniture. The goal was to buy stylish furniture the cats would not destroy.
I remember shopping for this furniture. I rather abhor going to upscale malls.
And the furniture arrived today, a few weeks after our excursion into this upscale furniture store.
I don’t remember exactly what we bought however, the reading chair and the ottoman were absolutely perfect.
There was no way these cats were going to destroy this chair.

I had an appointment for the following days to cut the cats nails trimmed. That wasn’t gonna be soon enough. We are new to the area and I did not know the nuance of the new Vet Clinic I was working with.
I called them and explain the situation and said can I get a nail trim right now?
I don’t know what I put into the cosmos, but I mentioned nail trims and all of a sudden the cat disappears. And it’s an exercise in,
Herding Cats
This honestly is my least favorite chore, and that is taking the cats to get their nails trimmed. They fight they heads they hide and once they hide, I cannot find them.

Is there an actual device you can put on a cat so you know where they’re at?
And once transmitted, the cats are on the defensive. The first challenge is to find the cat and the second challenge is to get them into their cat carrier.
If I ever get both of them at the same time, I’m living my best life.
Luckily, the vet is only a few blocks away and is flexible. Yesterday I got the red cat into his crate and his nails trim trimmed. He did bite me.
I have no idea where Sinclair is this morning. At night she’s all over me, knowing that the vet is closed.
So for now, I’m off on my next excursion of herding cats.
