What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?
Certainly, there are small improvements that can be made in life. I’m pretty grateful for what I have. I recognize that I’m a work in progress and try to keep learning.
Die kleinen Dinge
A week ago, my wife asked me to change the headlight on the car she usually drives.I don’t drive that car often, but I remembered the windshield wipers weren’t working well. Against the run of play I replaced them. As spring marches into summer it doesn’t rain as much here in the Pacific Northwest.
We usually forget about things such as windshield wipers when it’s not raining. You don’t even notice it as we drive north to Seattle tomorrow. The windshield wipers work and we don’t even think about it. But if they did not work, it would occupy our mind.
The little things like that add up to big things. Certainly they’re little things I could do to make life a little bit better. But for tomorrow let us make us work life a little better for everybody else.
- Let’s start with universal healthcare.
- Let’s enact a livable minimum wage for everybody
- Let’s tax the Rich and make them pay their fair share
- And let us finish the day by impeaching the entire Trump regime
Back On Task
We have been living a minimal life as everything has been staged for selling our house. Right now, my turntable is not hooked up to our Sonos system.
Somebody recently bought me a brand new Tragically Hip album.
It will be my one small task for today.
First Things First
The joys of being older than 60. As I was writing this, I got a call that I have a colonoscopy next Monday. So far that joyous occasion I need to drive over to the pharmacy and get the magic elixir.
One step at a time.

I would love to hear you opinion as well
