What are your biggest challenges?

My biggest challenge is not in the work that I do rather how I do the work. I do enjoy my work, but there are many other things that I’d rather be doing. There in lies the conundrum. As we approach retirement, I want to enjoy not working. To the the fullest. There will always be someone who will do my job, but nobody can retire for me and spend the time with the people I wanna spend it with.

Then there is a drywall project that sits in front of me for this coming weekend.

Just power through with skill, determination, and grace too.

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
