A Touch of Class

With Christine Sinclair

We have been lucky enough to follow her career since her days back on The Bluff in North Portland. We watched her play on The Canadian National team and now at the age of 39 she is still scoring goals for The Portland Thorns.

Yesterday , in stereotypical rainy weather, she netted the game winner against The Washington Spirit.

Some would argue sports matter very little. So can I. However, living life with character, grace and humility matters.

I offer this song from another Canadian legend aptly titled Grace Too

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
