Today I took a little work break and took the Peloton for a spin. and to kill two stones with one bird (vegans don’t kill birds) I did the class in Spanish.

The Spanish was a bit rapid for me me and the bike ride was a nice 20 minute break from work. At one point I started riding the bike around the house scaring the cats and the dogs. The mind goes weird places under the influence of endorphins.
