Lost in The Supermarket

Name an attraction or town close to home that you still haven’t got around to visiting.

Winco

It’s the little things.

I was buying brown lentils in bulk at the cheapest supermarket. I think it is best value. The funnel for the lentils stuck open allowing the lentils to spill all over the floor. I was wearing Birkenstocks so I had lentils on my feet.

Do The The Right Thing

I notified a clerk, and told her I would cook lentil soup for her workers. She laughed and I moved on.

I checked my list and I checked it twice. It looks like I had forgotten lemons. When life gives you lemons make hummus. And then I couldn’t find my shopping cart.

Find my Shopping Cart

I have an app for finding my phone as well as my wallet. They do come in handy. You should be able to do that with your shopping cart.

Nitpicking about Winco.

  • Why only one brand of Tahini
  • There’s always a woman who balances her checkbook at the register.

Otherwise it’s a decent place to shop despite people like me who spill the beans and lose their shopping cart.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
