What makes a good leader?
I wrote a paper about this as it may have been one of the most useless essays I wrote while walking the hallowed halls at William & Mary.
And I have no clue other than somebody who takes the corporate charter that reads

Rips it to threads and replaces it with with
Maximize Employee Quality of life.
