They All Matter

What relationships have a positive impact on you?

We are just finishing a week of spending time together which is nurturing. This week also in involved family, fitness and getting out in nature . These are some pretty important relationships.

Our trip was from Vancouver, Wa, Seattle, Port Angeles, Victoria BC and back to Seattle and on home today. Our dog Luna will be happy to see us.

This post is brief as we head back for one last visit with the kids.

Gute Reise

Like the great philosopher said “Its all about family”

This is a gentle, life-affirming reflection that highlights what truly sustains us. I love how you ground the idea of “positive relationships” not only in people, but in shared movement, nature, health, and family time. The journey itself feels symbolic—moving through beautiful places while nurturing connection, balance, and presence. And that closing note about Luna waiting at home adds such warmth and humanity. Simple, sincere, and quietly meaningful—exactly the kind of reminder we all need about what really matters.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
