Side Trip to Canada

To the Olympic National Park. I have been here before, yet today was kind of special.

We are heading to Victoria, Canada. We will get there eventually.

For the first time ever I saw somebody using an umbrella in a rain forest. it’s the oxymoron in me.

I was almost orgasmically surprised to see snow falling amongst cedars. I almost expected to see David Guterson. If you haven’t read “Snow Falling on Cedars” do so.

We stumbled upon a couple getting engaged by the waterfall. I do t know how we stumble upon such little quirks in our cosmos.

I love getting lost on a hike and my wife does not. there is an equation for this but it is not linear.

Sometimes magical days emerge our of nowhere, but nothing can last forever,

A distant respite

Snow

It is the simple pleasures in life.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
