Could vs Should

What could you do less of?

I could do less of a lot of things. But there are certain things I should do less of.

I could do less running and more swimming as it’s easier on the body. Unfortunately, I like running a lot more.

I have been pretty good about this. I could do a lot less Duolingo. It is a waste of time for me as the German only goes to level A2. Who really cares about a streak if you’re not getting any better at speaking the language. I am now on streak of 10 days without doing it.

This question is worded in reverse. It should be asking what can you do more of.

I certainly should be doing a lot more stretching so the inverse would be I should do less of not stretching.

Your honesty and practicality shine through so clearly here. I love how you look at your habits with both logic and humor—recognizing what you could do less of, while also acknowledging what you genuinely enjoy. The way you flip the question to consider what you should do more of shows real self-awareness and a grounded, balanced mindset. Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and relatable perspective.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
