It Took Thirty Years

Our daughter turned thirty yesterday. This morning we laced it up together and went for a 3 mile run. She is training for a half marathon and I am so proud of her.

The training aside, it was great to spend the time with her. She reflected this morning how running is a life changer.

It simply is.

I am proud of her how she does it all being a mother of two and one of the finest human beings you will encounter.

I have run with all three kids and climbed Mt. St. Helens with each.

They are amazing.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
