Each and Every

Do you or your family make any special dishes for the holidays?

Every single dish is special. My wife is making bread. My a tofurkey, our daughter the green beans and so on down the line.

We have a schedule for who uses the oven when.

It is amazing how expensive food is these days. I am thankful for every dish. I wish we could do more so nobody goes hungry.

Below is my signature vegan Mac and Cheese.

Happy colonization day everyone.

What a warm and beautifully grounded response!
Your words carry a lovely mix of gratitude, realism, and quiet pride. The way your family comes together—each person contributing a dish, coordinating the oven like a well-loved tradition—paints such a comforting picture of togetherness.

The mac and cheese looks incredible! What do you use, nutritional yeast and flour?

Sort of. Nutritional yeast, vegan butter, ground garbanzos or zucchini, mustard and vegetable broth. Some spices depending on my mood and a dash of corn starch.

Thanks for sharing. I’ve not encountered ground garbanzos in any recipe I’ve searched.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
