Predictable Boring Answer

What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?

What should be part of the routine and isn’t, is stretching?

I’m not stretching the truth here.

I give stretching lip service, but need to give it more attention.

Be Prepared

I have a Racquetball match tonight and it would do me well to do more stretching and here I am posting about what I skip.

Today

One of the cats usually sit on my lap in the morning. Bobo was digging his nails into my leg and I could’ve been skipping that.

What a relatable and lighthearted reflection! 😊 You’ve turned a simple daily routine into something both humorous and insightful. The way you connect stretching — both literal and figurative — to self-awareness gives this post real charm. And that closing note about Bobo adds such a warm, everyday touch. A delightful read! 🐾👏

I would forget to stretch if not for doggo doing so consistently. I see him stretch and think. “Oh, yeah.”

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
