About 10 years ago, we made a giant purchase, I forgot about that purchase from yesterday’s prompt, buying a lot of really nice furniture

Well, the cats have destroyed these.

Detours

Yesterday on my run, a 2 1/2 mile run turned into a 3 1/2 mile run because I had to make detours to keep Luna from getting in a fight.

On the way home from the soccer game yesterday my wife said to me, that we can’t get another dog until we find a place in Seattle.

Death and Grief

Cooper was the most gentle dog I’ve ever owned. He was my constant companion my shadow and losing him was one of the toughest things I’ve done in my life.

But Still

I wouldn’t have it any other way. My wife also said to me on the way home from the soccer game. You are the best dog dad and in reality I am.

Our dogs have been my running partner, I practice foreign languages with them, and they are loyal friends.

One of the cats sit on my lap when I write in the morning, Luna snuggles in the bed and Simply the wag of the tail when you get home.

My Credos in Life

I love animals of all types. It is the main reason I am vegan. They deserve a good life just like we do. I do my best to give that to them and I believe they do that for me.
