Ask My Wife

What will your life be like in three years?

1096 days

I’m only kidding. My guess is it will be very similar to it is right now.

My wife still works, so we’re exploring moving to Seattle. So there is a change.

I envision multiple trips to Europe to see the kids and I’ll probably be a world famous author by then selling 50 books a year or 50 million.

So in nutshell, I have no idea. And I like living life by the seat of my pants.

And hopefully the chief executive criminal, narcissist psychopath will be out of office.

What a delightfully honest and engaging reflection! 🌟
I love how you’ve written with both humor and humility — a perfect balance of realism and optimism. The line “I like living life by the seat of my pants” beautifully captures a free-spirited approach to life — open to change, adventure, and the unknown. ✨

thank you very much for your comment my wife. It bothers her sometimes how I’m so spur of the moment as she is a planner.

I was doing the New York Times crossword puzzle yesterday and there’s a word for living life with humility.

I believe it was egoism. But I could be wrong

I can barely schedule my Racquetball games, so projecting three years in the future is a challenge

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
