What’s a topic or issue about which you’ve changed your mind?

I have answered this before, but I had to change my mind on this.

I was thinking about foods/activities I detested as a kid and now I like them.

  • I rather detested chili as a kid and now my chili is fantastic. I’ll be at it has no meat in it. That’s probably why I like it.
  • Sauerkraut I hated to the point of not eating it and sitting at the table for hours. I’ll be making a new batch in a few hours here.
  • Shepherds pie was the food. I could not stomach as a kid. My vegan shepherds pie is fantastic.
  • Nobody likes (SOS) shit on the shingles. My big inversion is awesome.
  • Peas now they are uncanny.
  • I didn’t like Sunday nights as a kid now they’re awesome
  • Going to the hat store
  • Meat pie -my vegan version is pretty good
  • dark shadows

What a wonderful reflection! 🌿 It’s amazing how our tastes and perspectives evolve over time — not just with food, but with life itself. I love how you’ve transformed childhood dislikes into creative, delicious vegan versions that truly reflect who you are now. Your openness to rediscover and reinvent what once seemed unappealing shows such growth and curiosity. Even your mention of Sunday nights and small joys like visiting the hat store adds such a personal, nostalgic touch. It’s a beautiful reminder that change can be both nourishing and joyful. 😊✨

Dark Shadows! I love kimchi, but not sauerkraut. I’ve only tried it once, though, many years ago. Maybe it would be different now.

I would love to hear you opinion as well
