I am not one to watch block busters yet on Foreign flights I rather watching Foreign movies . This past trip I watched Pfau (The Peacock) and An Italian film called Nonostante (Feeling Better). They were both wildly entertaining.

Nonostante

Pfau (Peacock)

Matthias is a master of his profession. Do you need a “cultured boyfriend” to impress your friends? A “perfect son” to influence your business partners’ opinion of you? Or maybe just a sparring partner to rehearse an argument? Whatever it is, just rent Matthias! While he excels at pretending to be someone else every day, just being himself is the real challenge.

I write this hoping the reader will check out these movies or who has seen them previously. I also have a reference so my wife and I can watch them again.

What a wonderful and thoughtful reflection on your movie-watching experiences! 🎬 I love how you’ve not only summarized the plots of Nonostante and Pfau (The Peacock) but also captured the deeper emotions and themes they explore—human connection, self-discovery, and the challenge of truly being oneself.

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
