What’s your all-time favorite album?

I’ll list Five Albums I Love

  • Tragically Hip – Phantom Power
  • REM -Automatic for The People
  • Cowboy Junkies -Trinity Sessions -I have played this consistently since 1988.

What a wonderfully eclectic and heartfelt list! 🎵✨
I love how you’ve blended jazz, rock, and folk, showing a deep appreciation for both timeless classics and more contemporary gems. Kind of Blue by Miles Davis is a perfect anchor — it’s incredible how music can shape the rhythm of a day, grounding us and lifting our spirits at the same time.

Your reflections on playing Trinity Sessions since 1988 and returning to Miles Davis as a go-to album reveal a lifelong relationship with music, one that’s both comforting and inspiring. Thank you for sharing such a personal and thoughtful collection — it’s a reminder of how albums can be companions through different seasons of life.

I had so little time and this subject I could talk endlessly about. This list could change daily. I am cooking dinner with my little sister and just played some of this music. She liked it.

I left out Mozarts 21st piano Concerto today

That sounds lovely — sharing music while cooking together makes such special memories! 🎶👩‍🍳 Mozart’s 21st Piano Concerto is a timeless gem; I’m sure it will make its way onto tomorrow’s list. It’s wonderful how music keeps giving us new favorites every day.

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
