What would your life be like without music?

Early mornings in our neighborhood are a busy time with people walking or running. I recognize, and get to know many people.

One of my favorites is a three legged dog named Oscar. One would ask what kind of life it is to have three legs, but Oscar is happy to walk the neighborhood and get a pet behind the ear.

Of course it’s not ideal, but there’s a lot to be learned from Oscar and certainly for his kind owners.

Music

Music is a universal human experience that expresses emotions and ideas, just as stories do, which can be more relatable than abstract sounds.

The question basically breaks down to what if you are deaf. There is music everywhere in this world, even without stereos headphones radio, and all forms of music.

There is music in the swaying trees, the flow of a stream and the purr of a cat.

You can’t turn off music.

Music is an important aspect of my life and I would certainly be sad if I could never hear Mozart’s 21st piano Concerto again . But like Oscar, the dog, the world would still spin around on its axis. It may wobble a bit.

And. I would be kind of blue.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
