How often do you walk or run?

Running or walking for me is like brushing your teeth. The good thing about the later is it never gets harder to brush your teeth.

Endorphins are like a drug for me. It fuels many other things including my creativity and demeanor.

I ran my first race on September 8 of 1983 in Williamsburg Va. and haven’t looked back.

And I rarely get cavities. There is a little bit of luck involved in both.

What a wonderfully vivid reflection! 🌟 I love how you’ve compared running and walking to brushing your teeth—simple, habitual, yet essential. The way you describe endorphins fueling creativity and shaping your demeanor is so inspiring; it really captures how physical activity can transform not just the body, but the mind and spirit. And wow, starting your running journey all the way back in 1983 and keeping at it—that’s dedication and passion in action! Thank you for sharing such a personal and motivating story. 🏃‍♂️✨

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
