Do you see yourself as a leader?
Here I am spending a few weeks with my kids. The first few weeks in Germany and then on to Seattle.
As I watch my kids navigate adulthood, with fully developed brains I can only watch in awe.
Somewhere along the way I lead, somewhere I set a good example . I also had the ability to seek help where needed.
Do I see my self as a leader?
No
Unless leadership is love.

Actually what you wrote about yourself is just what a leader is like. Maybe you are more a leader than you have given yourself a credit for 🙂

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.
A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
