How do you relax?

I think I’ll sketch a flower, no maybe I will finish reading my book, maybe I will paint, I have an idea for a short story, doing some German right now would be great, oh it’s a nice day for a run oh there is my book.

I have not perfected the fine art of relaxation.

Maybe a little classical music, or a soccer match.

And then I sit down, barefoot and sketch while listening to Miles Davis.

The birds keep singing and a gentle breeze goes through the pine trees out back.

Ilove how you show that relaxation doesn’t have to be one thing—it can be a blend of creativity, music, and nature.

or maybe not mastering relaxation or depending on my mood.

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
