What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

Psychological & Mental Health Benefits of Making your bed in the morning

  • Boosts productivity: Accomplishing this small task first gives a sense of achievement, which can motivate you to tackle other tasks throughout the day.

Writing

I have written in this space every day for a year and a half. I guess it is my version of making the bed. And when I find time, I get to read some interesting blogs and get a new perspective.

German

The same can be said for German. I practice every morning and who knows if it improves any other than being able to order food, or find the next UBahn train while in Germany next month.

Sketching

I know I should be stretching every single day, but I don’t always. But I meant to write sketching here. I sketch on a daily basis and it does something for a part of my brain that I can’t really explain. It is calming.

What a thoughtful and inspiring reflection! 🌟
I love how you connected simple daily habits—like writing, practicing German, and sketching—to deeper benefits for productivity, calmness, and personal growth. ✍️
It beautifully shows that quality of life is built not just on big milestones but on the small, intentional practices we choose each day. Truly motivating! 🙌

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
