What do you love about where you live?

I am a city person, but we moved here for a variety of reasons. I do like the downtown area, that is easy to navigate and provides just enough culture and entertainment.

The neighborhood provides access to the outdoors and is home to wildlife.

And probably the best thing is we rather like our neighbors.

Weird Stuff

  • The intersection of 18th and 23 street
  • The streets are far too wide.
  • For awhile there was only one grocery store and it was bad
  • There is a Dairy Queen and people gather there.
  • The race in the third congressional district is watched nationwide
  • It has three great record stores.
  • Coyotes are a hot topic.

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
