You have always been younger.

What is a word you feel that too many people use?

I use the word Really too often. Following on my words, but I keep them available as not to use them often.

Instead of using “really,” you can use a variety of synonyms depending on the context. Some options include: truly, actually, genuinely, extremely, absolutely, positively, undeniably, seriously, or indeed. You can also use phrases like “in fact,” “in reality,” or “as a matter of fact”. The best alternative will depend on the specific nuance you want to convey.

Here’s a more detailed breakdown:

For emphasizing something:

  • Truly: “I truly believe it” (emphasizes sincerity)
  • Absolutely: “That’s absolutely correct” (emphasizes certainty)
  • Positively: “I am positively certain” (emphasizes strong conviction)
  • Undeniably: “The evidence is undeniably strong” (emphasizes irrefutable proof)

For adding formality:

  • Indeed:“Indeed, it was a difficult situation” (adds a touch of formality and emphasis)
  • In fact:“In fact, the situation was even worse than we thought” (adds formality and a sense of reality)

Literally -actually this word is not needed.

Actually – literally the same for this one.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
