What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
I eat well however it was time to get rid of the COVID weight. I’m not vegan for the health. I do that for ethical reasons.
Even vegans get into bad eating habits.
Clean Eating
We decided to cut out processed foods, and watch our portions. It is a nice time to do that as there is plenty of food from the garden and vegetables are abundant and fresh. I told myself I have to drop 20 pounds and so far I’ve dropped 14.
Other
I still run occasionally, Walk Daily, bike occasionally and play racket sports.
Right now, I have a tricky shoulder and usually I would put off going to the doctor, but I’m heading there now. Better safe than sorry.
