What foods would you like to make?

I walked out into the garden and picked some collard leaves intending to use them for a wrap for falafel. This is what I did however, it was delicious.

Two weeks later, I walked out to the same more mature garden, to get some more collards and I discovered they were actually broccoli. We now have abundant broccoli in the garden. We forgot we planted broccoli.

So yes, you can eat broccoli leaves and I imagine this is how the first person ever ate a mushroom.

One day, it would be nice to be self-sufficient out of our own garden.

My kind of kitchen….I use my garlic, mint (sshsh) secretly growing in a pot (condo’s don’t allow most) dried or fresh, toss it into everything. Love it.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
