I have been Vegan for, I honestly don’t know. Let’s say 14 years. I had fallen into junk food bad eating habits. My diet is carb heavy now that I no longer run 50 miles a week.
Last week we decided to clean up our eating.
- We eliminated processed food.
- I have slowed down my eating and savor food
- More aware of portion control
- The beauty of simple foods such as beans, tomatoes, fruit and nuts.
- Exercise Diversity -yoga, lap swims, And even occasional pickle ball.
It feels good and my weight is down. Even as vegans we get into bad eating habits.it feels sustainable.
