What’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever eaten?

My Mom sent me to the swimming pool for the afternoon, knowing I would be out of her hair for a few hours. She sent me without snacks or money to buy a snack. I remember that day I learned to do a back dive. By late afternoon I was absolutely famished and my mother wasn’t picking me up for another hour.

I don’t know where I got it, but somebody gave me a pretzel rod. I ate that pretzel so slowly, enjoying the salt and the yeast from the pretzel.

Somehow I remember that day and a single pretzel.

Hey Mr. Mark, that photo you posted me to have a serious craving attack for my childhood street vendor food SIMIT. I’ve got to go to this one Turkish eatery today and buy one.

Hi again Mr. Mark, I’ll toss in another Deutsche word :’Fremdsprachkenntisse’. Learned in Istanbul, Turkiye high school.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
