How do you practice self-care?

I don’t even know how I practice self-care

I walk around this planet with more empathy than is needed.

I live a life that is guided by my principles. One of my basic principles is see the inherent self-worth in every living thing.

Who knows if it is self-care? I run, I walk I paint, I draw I swim and still is it really self-care.

Despite all of this genetic predisposition takes a large role in what we do and how we thrive.

So I’ll take a line from Michael Stipe

It’s the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine (time I need some time alone)

Have a great day.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
