How do you waste the most time every day?

The Book of Life

Right now I am careful with my time and how I use it . I am also careful not to get caught up in measuring it as my life should not be defined by what I produce in my spare time.

But Here I Am

One could easily argue taking 20 minutes to respond to a writing prompt could be a consistent waste of time. My entries are often sloppy and not checked all that deeply. That’s all the time I have but I enjoy it and I kind of need it.

Duolingo

It is a soft goal of mine to become somewhat confident in German. I’m not sure Duolingo serves this purpose. one could compare it to stretching when related to running or drinking water during the day. It seems like the right thing to do.

Television

I do not watch much television at all. I guess we all need a little escape. I just spent a week with my family and they do watch television. It overwhelms my brain. My escape is my artwork and it serves no real end other than a relaxing diversion in this thing called life. To each his own.

A diversion

    What a joyful photo!

My son and I have a debate going, about the TV and whether to bring one into the new place at all. It’s not like when it was when the kids were little, where not having a TV or having one behind doors of a cabinet, mitigated the screen time. Now we have so many screens anyway. I dislike the way a TV dominates a room, but love watching films together.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
