Missing

The Worst Case

A friend, my good buddy’s ex wife,
We hadn’t heard from her in a few weeks.
I wasn’t close to her and my friend wasn’t close to her anymore.
She could be annoying as hell, especially on social media.

Suddenly she was not
annoying any more.
We didn’t hear from her.

My buddy and I found it curious
I asked him to check on her.

She was found deceased.
She probably was dead for awhile.

This Past Week

A friend of ours went missing.
He also lived alone.

He was a kind person everybody loved.
They still do.

The Guif War damaged him.
he went missing for days.

Everybody was on it.

He showed up safe today.

I am not sure how okay.

But he has a chance.

Floating

I don’t know mental illness
it doesn’t know me.

I barely understand it
Yet somehow know it too
well.

We are all going through something.

This is deep. The truth is, the wall that divides sanity from mental health issues is paper-thin. I hope you friend is okay.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
