I have been somewhat removed from social media for the last five days. A good group of friends from back when I lived in DC got together for our somewhat annual boot camp. We all stay rather active and I probably am the least fit of the group. We certainly have fun together.

Sedona

We did Mountain bike rides, hikes, with some fine dining and a spirit or two. Oh yeah we went to the Grand Canyon. It is rather fun to spend time with friends you see once a year and carry on ignoring the passage of time. Or maybe even respecting the passage of time.

We even went to art galleries. It was all wrapped around my 65th birthday. Despite all the dire events in the world, there certainly is plenty of beauty. I hope there is the same amount of beauty for everybody on this planet.

This is no dress rehearsal, this is our life.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

I’m Mark

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
