What is your favorite restaurant?

I rarely or if ever complain. I generally don’t like going to the same place repeatedly and like to mix things up..

I’ve had some favorites over the years. We had a little restaurant in Washington DC that served Mexican food. I never go out for Mexican but this place was special. We would run on The National Mall, five or 6 miles, and sit and have Mexican food. That group of friends, stayed with me for life.

There is another restaurant in Dupont Circle, called Kramer‘s books, and I have a fond spot for. One day they gave me the recipe for the lentil soup and it changed the way I cook forever.

Even though it’s an abomination, my wife and I get Taco Bell on the road. A vegan burrito is about as simple as can be. It’s more about the road trip and having fun with my wife.

Currently, we have a pizza place we go to often. There’s nothing out of the ordinary. It’s just nice to go there on a Friday night and not have to cook. The vegan pizza is tremendous and they have a Cream Ale that I rather like.

Last night I went to a Wisconsin themed bar and we watched a fiddle player. I didn’t even eat. Their vegan options weren’t so great. We shared Belgian beers and a nice evening.

I play no favorites, it’s more about the company and the atmosphere.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
