How have you adapted to the changes brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic?

I believe we have adopted quite well because the changes are subtle and rather seamless. The changes are not so much with society or the structure we live within rather the change is within us.

I have developed a greater appreciation for interaction amongst people I know and love. Once taken away, you grow fond of what was missing. I’ve also learned that being by myself or at home with my wife is also something to be cherished.

I hope to never go into an office again. Working from home suits me just fine.

There is a strong positive correlation between a healthy lifestyle and enhanced immune function. Also, there are relationships between lifestyle modification and immune system improvement. Available evidence suggests that healthy lifestyle practices among patients with infectious diseases, especially those of viral origin, may boost their immune systems and shorten the duration of their disease. Evidence also exists suggesting that some components of an unhealthy lifestyle (such as poor diet, physical inactivity, stress, smoking, alcohol, loneliness, and poor sleep) may significantly impair the immune system and predispose people to greater susceptibility to infectious diseases

So I believe I now, drink less, sleep more, and I am even more conscious of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Then again, I have a few friends who are still feeling the effects of long-term Covid. That’s where the equation changes.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
