How has technology changed your job?

My job is technology. I lived on the cutting edge and it was exciting and fun for awhile. My original offer letter was from Larry Ellison at Oracle. As an aside he is a jackass and that comes with the territory. If he remembers me, he probably thinks the same of me.

So technology obviously has changed my job. Despite that it all goes back to the underlying basics. Be creative, always be open to learning and pay attention to details.

Technology has even changed our hobbies. I don’t use AI to write, but sometimes I do to generate ideas or do some basic research. So that is a change, of course

And some hobbies we even go backwards. I listen to vinyl records now all the time. So that’s a throwback of sorts. But the technology in the new turntables is awesome.

As lifelong learners, we should embrace technology and leave room for the Luddite down the street.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
