What was the best compliment you’ve received?
That is great because I am not. I have never been all that good at receiving compliments.
I rather doubt my greatest compliment was spoken.
Sometimes it’s a smile,
A crooked glance or a sparkle in the eyes.
And I love you from your kids is a showstopper .
Your grandkids saying “Let’s go on an adventure.
Or
“I Do”
Wow, this is a poem. 🙂
It maybe, when lazy I may speak in poem.
As an aside I have a profile somewhere that says professional Haikuist at the Haiku factory
I do bad poetry well. I hope your day is off to a great start.
🙂 Haiku Factory would be a great name for a site, but I do like this one! In general maybe so-called bad poetry is a great way to take oneself lightly enough., just enjoying the play of it. 🙂 That’s how I approach any poetry I write here so far, though always intend to spend more time on something.

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.
A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
