What activities do you lose yourself in?

I certainly lose myself in getting distracted. Writing is certainly an activity I do not get myself lost in. I really don’t like to type and I’m a computer programmer.

I do get myself lost in drawing and painting. I could do it all day long, but I don’t. It is my go to favorite activity. It serves a backdrop for my writing and the rest of the day.

Excuse me for a second, I’m gonna head out and go for a run.

As an Aside

Have you ever lost something or someone? Have you ever got lost trying to find that object or person. It’s always there in the back of your mind. I still have a sweatshirt. I lost about six months ago that’s special to me. I get lost looking for it.

Getting lost is one of the pure pleasures in life. We don’t know it at the time but when we find our way, it’s kind of special.

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.
