What is the last thing you learned?

We are learning something new. I was just thinking about this as I was doing my morning 20 minutes of German learning. I learned some new words and forgot some old words and had to relearn them. In this context that definition to learn something is to use them later and that’s not always the case.

And what is learning. Yesterday I had a stressful day as my dog passed away suddenly after a run and those last few hours, I learned a lot about myself. I learned what I deep down believed. I think that’s an important part of learning.

I watched the sunrise this morning and noted the different angle of the sun from two months ago. I knew that all along, however it’s nice to save those moments and realize the world works sometimes. These are basic scientific principles, proven, and work over the time. It’s nice to just sit and observe.

I learned I’m cooking dinner tonight. It will be a lentil stew.

Our entire lives are little snippets of learning, and as lifelong learners that’s exactly how it should be.

Savor it as all knowledge starts with not knowing.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
