Do you believe in fate/destiny?

Many times when reading a book, watching a movie, or even when writing a story, we have to question the chain of events.

We have to ask ourselves how can all those events happen together and be related to each other?

But life is one big random number generator with a lot of factors thrown in. The combinations are endless and that’s how we end up here.

There are billions of combinations that took me to get on my knees and propose to my wife.

What made me move to the West Coast, what made her move to the West Coast, why was she ready to get married? Why was I ready to get married? Why is there a Beaverton?

Is it fate, absolutely not. The randomness of life is part of the beauty of it.

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
