Do you need a break? From what?

It’s Monday, a day where we normally go to work. it doesn’t feel all that different than a workday. We simply walked to a different room.

But certainly it’s nice to have an extra break, an extra 40 minutes asleep.

Why is work so difficult?

I’m not sure I stated that correctly, but it is preferred to not working at least it is for me. And it’s all about choice. Right now I have the choice to do nothing, fold the wash, write a short story or go for a run.

And within our system, we somehow feel guilty for doing absolutely nothing. We just aren’t programmed to do that. We put measures on our leisure and I’m as guilty as the rest.

So I kind of feel guilty now for not doing nothing.

Have a great day.

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
