The Side Effects of Endorphins

I was born at a very early age.

I believe my mother was battling Ovarian cancer. She punched that disease in the face many times. I am proud of her for that. However, when she was not sick, she had a little craft business, gardened all the time and kept herself busy.

My father was doing what he always did. At my age he was content to sit around and watch the golf channel and let the mold grow in his refrigerator.

Those were different times with different philosophies. Probably someday my kids will be answering the same question about myself. I hope they see it as engaging and a life worth living.
