Write about a few of your favorite family traditions.

We have very few as we have family all over the place. However one time honored tradition is to eat a bit of sauerkraut on New Year’s Day. To be honest, most of us have hated sauerkraut at times in our lives. Pennsylvania has this weird superstition and we keep it up cheekily.

It is supposed to bring good luck in the coming year.

And to quote Karl Sagen.

For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.”

Beautiful, photo. Also this is a NY tradition I’ve never heard before, which is saying something!

I would love to hear you opinion as well

His friends observe Mark seems wired a little differently. Perhaps it’s more likely that noticing little things often missed by others is a relic of a quieter, simpler time. He has a way with words, which he refuses to let be hindered by sub-par typing skills. People have great stories to tell if you sit and listen.

A belief dear to Mark is that there is certain beauty in the world. You simply have to look for it.
