What positive events have taken place in your life over the past year?
It feels like something one has to do, but I never want to do. It’s been a pretty good year and there are people who are going through tough times. So I feel uncomfortable listing trips, and all that other accumulated great things.
However, one of the cooler events this year and there were two of them. Both events were available to everybody then again still not that easy. We are grateful for these experiences.
The Eclipse- we traveled to Austin to see the Eclipse. For me an eclipse it’s about as spiritual as I get. It’s almost like an out of body experience being a small part in a very large and beautiful thing.
The Northern Lights
Then one innocent evening, I coaxed my wife to go out by the lake and look for the aurora borealis. After about 45 minutes, it started to reveal itself one refracted Sunray at a time. I even have goosebumps writing about it.
So those are two extraordinary events, amongst an extraordinary year. I am thankful to have witnessed both and to have shared them together.
